If the room is hot and windy, then you simply will not have time to roll the paint on the ceiling. You will also see the joints of the already applied paint and the next strip of fresh paint, because while you were saturating the coat of the roller with paint, the rolled strip of paint had time to seize and with the neighboring strip would no longer merge together, but would be superimposed on top. Therefore, painters with experience try to paint walls and ceilings either early in the morning by abundantly ventilating the room before painting in order to cool the room, or in the evening, but in good light, having also cooled the room beforehand.And be sure to close windows and doors, so that the room maintains its own microclimate and there is no movement of air masses. Do not ventilate the room between layers when the waiting intervals are no more than 4 hours, because the paint layer should dry out gradually and evenly, and not in spots.
