Advantages and features of the Ares series
Ares boilers are designed for natural smoke extraction when connected to a chimney. However, if necessary, for all boilers, except for Ares 60 R, it is possible to organize forced smoke extraction using the optional turbo nozzle. In this case, it will be possible to avoid the construction of an expensive chimney.
The boiler heat exchanger, made of high-quality cast iron, has from 3 to 7 sections, one after the other, depending on the boiler power.
Boilers have category II2H3+, that is, they can operate both on natural gas (factory equipment and adjustment) and on liquefied gas.
Boiler burner - atmospheric, with partial premixing, depending on the boiler model, consists of two or three stainless steel flame tubes and a gas train with removable nozzles, the number of which is equal to the number of flame tubes.
When converting the boiler to liquefied gas, it is necessary to replace the burner nozzles and readjust the gas valve. Immergas has optional kits for converting Ares R boilers to LPG.
The boiler burner is equipped with automatic ignition and ionization flame control. This ensures an automatic restart of the boiler after a power outage and reconnection. The functions of ignition and flame control are carried out by separate electrodes installed on the burner.
Ares R boilers can operate both in open heating systems, in which water circulates through the system under the influence of gravitational force, that is, in a natural way, and in closed heating systems, where water is circulated by a circulation pump. The boiler has terminals for connecting the pump.
The boiler also has terminals for connecting a room thermostat (terminals 1 - 4), connected by default with a jumper. When connecting a room thermostat, the jumper must be removed. The use of a room thermostat makes the operation of the boiler more economical, and the temperature regime of the heating system more comfortable.

The boiler control panel is designed to control the heating circuit only and contains all boiler controls and alarms. The panel contains:
- boiler electric switch;
- the working thermostat of the boiler, with the help of which the required heating temperature is set;
- boiler pressure gauge showing the water pressure in the heating system;
— boiler thermometer, showing the current temperature of the water at the outlet of the boiler;
- lamp - RESET button, when it lights up, you can restart the boiler by pressing it;
- restart button (forced contact closure) of the boiler safety thermostat (for Ares 40 - 60 R boilers); the capillary sensor of the protective thermostat is installed in the sleeve of the first section of the heat exchanger;
- reset button (forced contact closure) of the flue gas thermostat; The flue gas thermostat capillary sensor in Ares 22-30 R boilers is installed in the wall of the draft stabilizer, in Ares 40-60 R boilers it is fixed on the rear wall of the boiler. Boilers Ares 40 - 60 R are equipped with an external draft stabilizer, and after its installation on the boiler, the capillary sensor of the flue gas thermostat must be installed in a special hole in the draft stabilizer
