When installing a sewer line made of plastic pipes, special sealing of the joints is not required - sealing is carried out by built-in rubber rings. To increase the reliability of the connections, you can use neutral or acidic silicone pipe sealants - they additionally cover the gaps in the socket joints. You can also use various adhesive insulating tapes for pipes (bitumen-based, foil tape, isolon) - they are wound on the outside in a spiral overlap on the butt joint.
Plastic bends play an important role in the installation of the sewer line, allowing you to change the direction of the line at a wide range of different angles, sometimes two branch elements are used in a group for a smooth transition. They are easily mounted by installation in pipe sockets after the simplest preparation - removing the outer chamfer and lubricating the surface with soapy water or oil.
Polypropylene outlets for sewerage
Sewer outlets made of gray polypropylene are used only indoors; for outer diameters of sewer pipes of 110 mm, products with rotation angles of 15, 30, 45, 67, 87 degrees are used. Polypropylene plastic products have the following main characteristics:
- Polypropylene is afraid of ultraviolet radiation, therefore it is used only indoors.
- Neutrality in relation to acid, alkaline and alcohol solutions and inorganic compounds.
- The melting point of the material is about 170 C. During operation, the permissible temperature of the working fluid should not exceed 95 C.
- The brittleness temperature of the material is from -20 to -25 C.

Korsis corrugated pipes are products made using the latest technologies, the design features are a two-layer structure with smooth inner walls and a black outer corrugation that protects the surface from ultraviolet radiation. Thanks to this structure, the pipes have a high ring stiffness, which allows them to be used at great depths. The material of the pipe inner walls is polypropylene - this allows the products to be operated at temperatures of flowing liquids of about 65 C.

Corsis pipes during manufacture have a welded socket with smooth inner walls; for connection, a protruding sealing ring is put on top of the corrugation of another pipe, which is inserted into the socket. When changing the direction of the line, bends with an external corrugated surface and internal smooth walls are used, they are put on from the outside through the sealing rings on the pipes and inserted inside also through a sealed ring.

Installation of taps in the sewer system is carried out by a socket method and consists of several simple operations:
- The PVC pipe, from which the line will turn, is cut to the desired distance using a grinder or a hacksaw. In this case, it should be ensured that the cut is strictly perpendicular to the central axis. To do this, you can use a sheet of paper that is wrapped around the pipe and glued with tape or glue along the edge, after which the cut is made strictly along the line.
- After trimming, the inner edge of the pipe is cleaned of burrs, on the outside, a chamfer is made at an angle of 15 degrees with a file, grinder or sandpaper.In this case, you should be especially careful about the inside - fibrous sewage waste can cling to the smallest burrs, which will lead to clogging of the channel at the turn.
- Similarly, prepare the surface of the outer edge of the outlet, which will be inserted into the next pipe - a chamfer is made on it at an angle of 15 degrees.
- After processing, the ends of the pipe and the branch are coated with technical lubricant or soapy water, then the rotary section is mounted, inserting the branch into the pipes.

Sewer lines made of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride are widely used outside and inside buildings, outlets for dimensions of 110 mm. have standard angles of deviation from the central center line of 15, 30, 45, 67, 87 degrees. PVC sewer line has the following features:
- The elements are designed to work with liquids, the temperature of which does not exceed 45 C. and does not fall below -60 C.
- The pipes are light in weight and have a smooth inner surface for high throughput.
- Products are not subject to corrosion, resistant to acid and alkaline attack, neutral to most chemicals.
- The material has a low thermal conductivity, comparable to heat insulators - this reduces the risk of line freezing in winter.
- Due to the chemical resistance of the material to various substances, the service life of PVC sewers reaches 50 years.
