For those wishing to obtain a certificate in the specialty "stove-maker", full-time training is carried out according to an individual program, which takes into account the time for mastering the previously acquired distance learning and the cost of the training kit. To do this, the student is trained for at least 1 month according to the program of the correspondence course, followed by a trip to the place where the classes are held in full-time. Period of classes: June 9 - July 14, 2020

Conditions of education
The main condition for teaching the furnace business is the laying of furnaces and other furnace devices from brick models. Models (simulators) are the basis for teaching many professions, they are used in the creation of machines and mechanisms. Models of bricks for studying stoves are made by students on their own according to the table attached to the training kit from wood, plywood or other material 5-6 times smaller than a real brick
Independent production of brick models greatly helps the student to better understand the interaction in the system of ligation of a whole brick to an incomplete one (1/4, 1/2, 3/4 bricks), which is very important when laying stoves. Another equivalent option is to model ovens in a computer program.
A video film is attached to the training course, which sequentially shows the methods and techniques of kiln masonry, fixing stove appliances, installing a sandwich pipe, i.e.
the whole cycle of laying the furnace. The content of the theoretical material and the set of projects of stoves and fireplaces corresponds to the level of preparation of stove-makers (qualification) of the 5th-6th category.
After training, we advise you to lay the first furnaces according to the projects of the training kit and the catalog of finished projects without fundamentally changing their design.
Heating and cooking stove
The next option is a heating and cooking stove. This design boasts its versatility.
This is a more complex project, it consists of:
- Furnace chambers
- Chimney
- ash pan
- Cooking surfaces
- oven
Such a stove looks very massive, it is used in those rooms that are no longer heated in any way. Nowadays, these stoves have lost much of their popularity, because fewer and fewer people permanently live in such premises.
Such a furnace can be equipped with some modifications that will further increase the functionality of the furnace. For example, you can add a drying chamber. I think you do not need to explain what it is for.
Rules to be followed when laying the furnace:
The brick, which will be used for laying the structure, must be soaked for several hours in plain water. This is necessary so that during the time that he spends in the water, he absorbs a sufficient amount of moisture, and then does not take it from the cement mortar.
After choosing the place where the future furnace will be located, be sure to take all possible security measures.
In the process of laying bricks, be sure to monitor the thickness of the seam, which should be about five millimeters.
Very often use a horizontal level, because this is the only way to eliminate the possibility of incorrect installation.
Be sure to use these rules, because only in this way you can avoid all possible difficulties and problems when using the oven in the future.

The training kit consists of a theoretical training course and working drawings
various types of stoves and fireplaces, with a total volume of 138 A4 pages:

2. Graphic part (21 projects of stoves and fireplaces in full for independent masonry) - 78 pages of A4 format;
The graphic part of each project includes:
- appearance, vertical sections, horizontal sections (orders of each row of the furnace with the image of each brick in them);
- specification of materials and equipment;
- a description of the manufacturing features of this stove or fireplace;
- calculation and graphic representation of arches, vaults and other elements of complex furnaces.
Total: 138 A4 pages.
3. Educational video "Laying a heating and cooking BBQ oven." The video film contains the dismantling of the old furnace and the complete cycle of laying the heating and cooking furnace from the foundation to the installation of the sandwich pipe, inclusive. The duration of the video is 1 hour;
