Article 1
Include in the Law of the Chuvash Republic of July 23, 2003 No. 22 "On administrative offenses in the Chuvash Republic" (Bulletin of the State Council of the Chuvash Republic, 2003, No. 55; 2005, No. 62, 64, 65; 2006, No. 69, 72; 2007, No. 73, 74; 2008, No. 75, 77, 78; 2009, No. 81, 82; 2010, No. 84, 86; 2011, No. 88-91; 2012, No. 92 (vol. I), 94, 96) the following changes :
1) Article 9 shall be stated in the following wording:“Article 9. Violation of peace and quiet of citizens
1. Commitment of actions that violate the peace and quiet of citizens from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. (and on weekends and non-working holidays established by federal law from 22 p.m. to 8 a.m.), with the exception of actions aimed at preventing offenses, eliminating the consequences of accidents, natural disasters , other emergencies, carrying out urgent work related to ensuring the personal and public safety of citizens in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, actions performed when performing religious cults within the canonical requirements of the relevant confessions, as well as when holding cultural events authorized by state authorities authorities or bodies of local self-government - entails a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of five hundred to one thousand roubles; on officials - from one thousand to one thousand five hundred rubles; for legal entities - from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles.
2. Carrying out construction and installation, construction and repair work in apartment buildings from 9 pm to 11 pm - entails a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of one hundred to five hundred rubles, on officials in the amount of one thousand to one thousand five hundred rubles; for legal entities - from two thousand to five thousand rubles.
3. The use of sound-reproducing devices at high volume, including those installed on vehicles, balconies or window sills, that violates the peace and quiet of citizens, if these actions are not covered by the offense provided for in part 1 of this article, - entails a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of five hundred to one thousand rubles; on officials - from one thousand to one thousand five hundred rubles; for legal entities - from two thousand to five thousand rubles.
4. Repeated commission of an administrative offense provided for in parts 1-3 of this article - shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of one thousand to three thousand rubles; for officials - from three thousand to ten thousand rubles; for legal entities - from five thousand to fifteen thousand rubles.
Note. For the purposes of this article, actions that violate the peace and quiet of citizens mean the use of televisions, radios, tape recorders, other sound-reproducing devices, as well as sound amplification devices, including those installed on vehicles, temporary (non-capital) objects of small retail trade (kiosks, pavilions, trays), the use of a faulty security alarm, as well as the failure to turn off the sound signals of a triggered security alarm, screaming, whistling, singing and playing musical instruments, construction and installation, construction and repair, unloading and loading operations.
