Organization of control using the SODK system
The control of the electrical parameters of the signal circuit is carried out separately for the supply and return pipelines.
Looping of wires is provided in the end element of the UEC system.
On pipelines with polyurethane foam insulation, a two-stage control of moisture and the state of the insulation should be carried out:
- at the first level, constant monitoring of pipelines is necessary to determine the state of the insulation - it is carried out by operating personnel using a damage detector, it allows you to determine the presence of damage, a second level of control is needed to determine the location of the detected damage;
- at the second level of control, control should be carried out using an impulse reflectometer (damage locator) and only by highly qualified specially trained personnel.
To organize such control over the state of PPU insulation, it is necessary:
1. Organize periodic inspection using a portable damage detector: 2-4 times a month.
2. Organize a full in-depth periodical survey using a pulsed reflectometer: once a quarter. The survey data should be entered into the database in order to monitor the dynamics of the state of the PPU insulation.
3. Organize immediate determination of the location of the damage after the detector is triggered and eliminate it.
Installation of the SODK system:
The project was carried out in accordance with the "Instructions for the design, installation and operation of an operational remote control system (ODK) of an impulse type."
Installation of pipeline joints and installation of the UEC system is carried out by the supplier of PI pipes - ZAO Polymer Pipe Plant, Mogilev.
The wires of the control system are connected at the junctions of the elements and led out through sealed cable outlets to the switching terminals.
Connecting cables from cable outlets to the carpet (three-core NYM3x1.5 and five-core NYM 5x1.5) are laid in protective galvanized steel pipes
d = 50 mm. Welding (soldering) of a pipe with a cable laid in it is prohibited.
The cables are connected in strict accordance with the color marking of the cores, as well as in accordance with the passport attached to each terminal. The cable from the supply pipeline must be additionally marked (with insulating tape) both at the base of the cable outlet and at the input to the terminal.
Installation of carpets, placement of terminals and connection of connecting cables is carried out in accordance with the schemes given in the project.
In this project, the length of the heating network route is 229.5 linear meters.
The following types of terminals are used for switching signal conductors and connecting control devices:
- end terminal "KT-11" - designed for switching conductors of the UEC system of pipelines with polyurethane foam insulation at control points; connection to the UEC system of a pulsed reflectometer. The terminal is installed in the wall box of the carpet near the entrance of the heating main to the educational building No. 3 of BelSUT;
- intermediate terminal "KT-12" - designed for switching conductors of the UEC system of pipelines with polyurethane foam insulation at intermediate points; connection to SODK pulse reflectometer. The terminal is installed in the existing ground carpet box in the courtyard of educational buildings No. 3 and No. 4;
- end terminal "KT-13" - designed for looping conductors of the UEC system of pipelines with PPU insulation at the end points of the UEC system; connection to the UEC system of a pulsed reflectometer (locator). The terminal is installed in a wall-mounted carpet box in the basement of the educational building No. 1.

edit Divisions
The Combat Aviation Engines division includes PJSC Ufa Engine-Building Production Association (Ufa, the leading enterprise of the division), a branch of UMPO - OKB im. A. Lyulki (Moscow), JSC "MMP im. V. V. Chernyshev” (Moscow), JSC “NPP Motor” (Ufa).
The Engines for Civil Aviation division includes JSC Aviadvigatel (Perm), JSC UEC - Perm Motors (until February 2016 - JSC Perm Motor Plant) and PJSC NPO Saturn (city of Perm). Rybinsk), which simultaneously conducts a number of other works for military aviation, in particular for unmanned aerial vehicles.
The main enterprise of the Helicopter Engines Division is JSC Klimov (St. Petersburg), which also works on turbojet engines for fighter aircraft and turboprop engines for transport and passenger aircraft.
PJSC Kuznetsov (Samara), specializing in the development and production of engines for heavy aircraft, remains outside the divisional structure of the UEC.

Subsidiaries of UEC:
- JSC NPO Saturn
- JSC "Klimov" (St. Petersburg)
- JSC "Star" (Perm)
- JSC "Perm Motor Plant"
- UEC - gas turbines
- JSC Moscow Engineering Enterprise named after V. V. Chernyshev
- JSC "Kuznetsov"
- JSC NPP Motor (Ufa)
- JSC "Ufa Motor-Building Production Association"
- JSC Aviadvigatel (Perm)
PJSC UMPO remains the largest in terms of production volume and revenue among UEC enterprises, earning more than 67.5 billion rubles in 2015. (growth by 38% compared to the previous year) and received a net profit of over 3.5 billion rubles. (10x growth). In second place is Salyut JSC, which was integrated into the corporation and was incorporated last year with a revenue of 43.4 billion rubles. (growth for the year by 24%) and a net profit of more than 3 billion rubles. (an increase of almost 18 times). PJSC NPO Saturn, which occupies the third place, received in 2015 revenues in the amount of more than 24 billion rubles. (an increase of 33%), but still shows a net loss (about 2.3 billion rubles, a year earlier it was twice as much) and has a high debt burden (total volume of liabilities is more than 41 billion rubles, which is almost 75% more than annual revenue).
For many years, the current UEC-Perm Motors JSC, which was called the Perm Motor Plant for many years, maintained its revenue at the level of 20 billion rubles in 2015. (net profit - 63 million rubles). JSC Klimov increased its revenues one and a half times over the year - up to 15.2 billion rubles. with a net profit of 484 million rubles. The lead developer of PD-14, Aviadvigatel OJSC in Perm, showed a 38% increase in revenue (10.4 billion rubles), while maintaining net profit at the level of 150 million rubles.
PJSC Kuznetsov is in a difficult situation, earning in 2015, as in the previous year, a little more than 10 billion rubles. with a net loss of more than 1 billion rubles. and debt obligations almost twice as much as revenue. Probably, the position of Kuznetsov will begin to improve in the coming years with the resumption of supplies of NK-32 engines. The most problematic UEC enterprise in 2015 remained JSC MMP im. V. V. Chernyshev” with a net loss of almost 11 billion rubles. with revenue of about 10 billion rubles. (increased by 40%) and total liabilities of more than 67 billion rubles, that is, almost 7 times more than annual income.

Aircraft engine PD-14
Item 30
As of September 2016, the first prototype of the Izdeliye 30 engine is under construction.
As part of the implementation of this project, UEC is implementing a large-scale program of technical re-equipment of enterprises involved in the creation of the engine, primarily UMPO.
PD-14
In the near future, the second stage of testing the PD-14 engine on the wing of the Il-76LL flying laboratory will begin. Product certification is planned to be completed in 2018-2019.
VK-2500
The VK-2500 engine is already produced entirely from Russian components. The supply of these products is carried out both in the interests of state aviation and for export.
