The construction of the HYBRID infrared ceramic panel is very simple. It is a metal case (2) with a polymer coating, in which a heat-reflecting screen, a heating cable (3) are placed, and a ceramic panel (4) is hermetically glued. The device is mounted on the wall using brackets (1).
Assembled, the whole structure is a panel with a thickness of only 12 mm. The principle of operation of the heater combined two principles of heating - infrared radiation and natural convection. The front ceramic panel after heating begins to emit infrared medium-wave radiation, while on the back side, part of the air is heated due to convection. Under infrared rays, the feeling of thermal comfort is achieved at a lower room temperature (+18 °C). This principle is present in all types of heating devices and consists in the natural convection of air flows inside the room. This principle lies in the fact that infrared rays do not give off thermal energy into the air, but transfer it to objects located in the area of the ceramic heater. And heated objects, in turn, give off heat to the air mass. Solar energy heated by the Earth (short-wave solar rays) is based on this principle, therefore this principle characterizes the naturalness of this phenomenon in the best possible way and favors a therapeutic biophysical effect on a person.
By combining both principles of heating, HYBRID ceramic electric heating panels, unique in their properties, were obtained, creating the most comfortable conditions for human life, as close as possible to natural ones. How else does the HYBRID ceramic electric heating panel differ from its similar counterparts? Firstly, this is a very serious savings in power consumption (375 watts per panel).
