Features of RusNit electric boilers
RusNit electric boilers are reliable heating equipment from a domestic manufacturer. The history of the brand began in 1994, but the first models were not widely used. And only in the future, thanks to the work of experienced developers and designers (previously working in the field of space development), reliable and simple boilers appeared on the market, which were successful.
The model range of electric boilers of the Russian manufacturer RusNit
As of 2016, the company produces many electric boilers built on the basis of heating elements. The list of products includes automatic boilers equipped with indoor air temperature monitoring, mini-boilers with built-in piping, advanced microprocessor-controlled boilers, as well as models specially adapted for operation in rural areas. In this way, This list contains equipment for any operating conditions.

1. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS RusNIT electric heater (hereinafter referred to as the heater) is intended for heating domestic and industrial premises.
The heater is not intended for operation in rooms with aggressive environments, as well as for operation in humid, explosive rooms and for operation in rooms with increased mechanical loads (vibration frequency more than 35 Hz, maximum vibration acceleration more than 5 m/s), as well as for operation as an instantaneous water heater.
The heaters are designed to operate in three-phase AC systems with a frequency of 50 Hz with a dead-earthed neutral with a rated voltage of 380 V with a voltage deviation of ±10%, in accordance with GOST 13109-97.
The heater is connected to an autonomous heating system, filled with a coolant and operates without supervision in rooms with an ambient air temperature not lower than +1 °С and not higher than +30 °С. Humidity no more than 80%.
The heater provides the ability to control an external air temperature sensor.
ATTENTION!
The coolant used must be compatible with all devices in the heating system.
Autonomous heating system must contain:
- circulation pump,
- safety valve,
- air bleed valve,
- drain valve.
It is recommended to use a closed expansion tank (expansomat).
To connect the heater to the electrical network, you must obtain permission from the local enterprise GOSENERGONADZOR.
SPECIAL ATTENTION!
It is forbidden to connect the heater to the electrical network without a specialist from a service organization.
Note. Lugs for connecting phase wires for RusNIT 270M and RusNIT 2100M are not supplied.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
4.1. Installation, installation in the system and connection of the heater to the power grid is carried out according to the technical specifications of the owner of the power grid, as well as in accordance with the "Instructions for the power supply of individual residential buildings and other private structures", approved by the Glavgosenergonadzor N 42-6 / 8-ET dated 03.21.94 .
4.2. Assembly, installation and connection of the heater is carried out only when the power supply is disconnected and the heater is switched off. The work must be carried out by persons familiar with the heater device, the connection diagram, this operating manual, the current "Electrical Installation Rules" (PUE), "Rules for the Technical Operation of Consumer Electrical Installations" and "Safety Rules for the Operation of Consumer Electrical Installations" (PTE and PTB) .
4.3. The design of the heaters is designed for connection to the mains with a voltage of 380 V three-phase current with a solidly grounded neutral with a frequency of 50 Hz. It is mandatory to use a circuit breaker in fixed wiring.
Recommended circuit breaker type for:
- RusNIT 212M, RusNIT 215M - AE 2050M 25A;
- RusNIT 218M, RusNIT 221M - AE 2050M 40A;
- RusNIT 224M - AE 2050M 50A;
- RusNIT 230M, RusNIT 236M - AE 205M 63A;
- RusNIT 245M - AE 2053M 80A;
- RusNIT 270 - AE 3712B 160A;
- RusNIT 2100 - AE3712B 160A.
ATTENTION!
DO NOT turn on the heater without grounding!
It is strictly FORBIDDEN to use metal structures of water supply, heating and gas networks for grounding.
4.4. Visual control of the integrity of the protective earth must be carried out before each inclusion of the heater in operation. The electrical safety of the heater can only be guaranteed if it is correctly connected to earth in accordance with current safety regulations and PES.
4.5. Repair of the heater and replacement of fuses is carried out with the heater turned off and disconnected from the mains.

- Rated supply voltage - 220 V or 220/380 V;
- Supply voltage frequency - 50 Hz;
- The area of heated premises is from 30 to 990 sq. m;
- Built-in control in all models;

- Ability to connect room sensors;
- Type of coolant - water or special antifreeze;
- Built-in harness (not all models);
- Possibility of control via GSM-channel (not in all models);
- The diameter of the connecting pipes is from 1 to 1 ½ inches.
The specified characteristics vary depending on the model of electric boiler used.
As we can see, the list of products includes electric boilers with remote control. But that's not all - according to information from the manufacturer's website (as of April 2016), in the near future, a new module for controlling via a GSM channel running under the Android OS operating system will appear on the market.
. Its capabilities are control of chambers, control of the presence of electricity, control of temperature sensors, connection of additional sensors and actuators (for example, heating distribution valves).
An additional functionality of the future remote control will be the possibility of organizing homeownership security with video control - here the MMS channel, video communication and data transmission via the Internet are involved. The module will have access to 3G networks. A release date for the module has yet to be announced.
Remote control of heating equipment is carried out via a GSM channel - via cellular networks. For this, GSM-modules with sensors connected to them are used. Their features and benefits:
- Ability to manage from anywhere in the world;
- Remote control of the home microclimate;
- Opportunity to save on utilities;
- Additional control of safety sensors.
GSM modules for remote control of control boilers use networks of cellular operators for their work. This opens up the possibility of controlling heating equipment from anywhere where there is access to cellular networks and mobile Internet. They work not only with boilers, but also with additional equipment, which allows you to control several heating circuits from anywhere. A couple of actions in the smartphone - and by the time the household arrives, the house will have a comfortable temperature.
Temperature sensors are used to operate GSM modules. They monitor indoor and outdoor temperatures by sending data to control thermostats. The connection is made by wire or by radio. In addition to temperature sensors, security sensors (movement and door openings), gas leakage sensors, water leakage control sensors and acoustic glass breakage sensors can be connected to GSM modules. All this provides control over the climate and safety of housing.
GSM-modules control heating boilers according to the principle of room thermostats. They turn the burner on and off, which leads to heating and cooling of the coolant. It is also possible to control valves responsible for supplying hot coolant to additional circuits. Thus, control is exercised over several zones at the same time - this is true for large private households and country cottages.
The use of GSM modules for remote control allows you to save on gas and electricity consumption. During the daytime, the room temperature can be lowered, which helps to reduce energy consumption. Toward evening, the temperature in the rooms rises, by the arrival of the household. A similar climate control system is used in office and industrial premises.
