According to the new version of the law, a “quiet hour” has been introduced from 13:00 to 15:00, during which the use of sound-reproducing devices, sound amplification devices, repair work, reorganization and pre-planning of residential premises is prohibited if these actions violate the peace and quiet of citizens.
It is not allowed to break silence from 22:00 to 08:00 on weekdays from Monday to Friday, from 23:00 to 12:00 on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and non-working holidays established by law. The provisions of the law do not apply to the celebration of New Year's Eve and the holding of mass public events.
