In accordance with Article 258 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the attached Classification of fixed assets included in depreciation groups.
This Classification may be used for accounting purposes.
2. The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, together with the federal executive authorities concerned, shall submit to the Government of the Russian Federation within a month from the date of making changes and additions to the All-Russian Classifier of Fixed Assets proposals to clarify and supplement the Classification of Fixed Assets Included in Depreciation Groups.
3. Establish that the Classification of fixed assets included in depreciation groups is applied from January 1, 2002.
