2. Failure by the owner to take measures to turn off the sound security alarm of a vehicle, the action of which caused a violation of the peace and tranquility of citizens in the period from 22:00 to 07:00, -
shall entail a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of one hundred to five hundred roubles.
3. Performance in the period from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. in residential buildings and near them of construction and repair and installation work that violates silence, with the exception of rescue, emergency recovery and other urgent work related to ensuring the personal and public safety of citizens, as well as maintaining the functioning of life-supporting facilities, —
shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of five hundred to one thousand roubles; for officials - from one thousand to four thousand rubles; for legal entities - from two thousand to five thousand rubles.
4. The same actions that violate the peace and quiet of citizens in rest homes, sanatoriums, dispensaries, children's health camps, tourist camps, other places of organized recreation, in medical and educational organizations working around the clock and on their territories from 22:00 to 7 hours, as well as during the time allotted for daytime rest -
shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of five hundred to two thousand roubles; for officials - from one thousand to four thousand rubles; for legal entities - from two thousand to five thousand rubles.
