Rules for acceptance and commissioning of internal piping systems

7.1 Any copper piping systems made by capillary soldering, after installation, must be flushed with water to a state in which the outgoing water does not have mechanical suspensions.

It is allowed to flush the systems for 24 hours using a flushing solution with a chlorine concentration of 50 mg/l or for four hours with a chlorine concentration of 200 mg/l. Tests of drinking and hot water supply systems, as well as heating systems and underfloor heating, must be carried out at a constant temperature in two stages:

stage 1 - within 30 minutes, raise the pressure twice to the calculated value every 10 minutes. In the next 30 minutes, the pressure drop in the system should not exceed 0.06 MPa;

stage 2 - in the next two hours, the pressure drop (from the pressure reached in stage 1) should not be more than 0.02 MPa.
