Artificial grass of all types is supplied in rolls. The canvas is not glued to the base. The seams are glued together with special glue and tape. White markings are cut and pasted by hand. The pile is covered with sand and crumb rubber with the help of special equipment. Laying of artificial grass is carried out in dry, warm weather at a temperature not lower than +14°C.
Heated football field
A complete reconstruction of the football field has begun at the Stroitel stadium in Klin. It will include the laying of artificial turf and the installation of a field heating system. Reconstruction work is being carried out by Bamard LLC in Moscow, the official Russian representative of the Dutch company Desso DLM Sport systems. DLM was one of the first in the world to develop and manufacture artificial turf for sports grounds for various purposes, including football fields. In Europe alone, the company's client list includes more than 100 sports clubs, and the stars of Chelsea, Olympic, AC Milan and Real Madrid train and play on its artificial grass. The Bamard company, in turn, is no less active in the Russian expanses. In Moscow, for example, CSKA and Spartak used its services, and in the Moscow region, the company implemented projects in Naro-Fominsk and Yubilein. in a latex base and imitating grass stems.To give the necessary elasticity, the coating substrate is filled with quartz sand and rubber granulate. The service life of such a coating is 15-20 years. When sliding on it, the skin is not injured. During rain, water does not accumulate under the feet of the players, but quickly drains. Marking is applied once and for all. And, of course, it allows you to completely eliminate all worries about growing and maintaining lawn grass in proper condition. The artificial turf on the Stroitel will also be supplemented with a heating system. Heating football fields (electric or water) is a post-war invention of the British, now widespread in Europe, especially in its northern part. Today, stadiums of almost all professional football clubs are equipped with such systems. The resulting effect is the solution of the issue of all-weather capability and the expansion of the calendar time of the training-game season. Electric heating systems based on the use of a special heating cable are the most economical in design and installation. However, during operation they are accompanied by two serious negative points: powerful electric fields and huge bills for consumed electricity. In Western Europe, such systems began to be abandoned everywhere back in the 80s, and our Stroitel in this sense follows the latest progressive trends. The water heating system of the Stroitel football field will look like this. Together with the base base of sand, crushed stone and drainage soil, pipelines will be installed - along the perimeter and in transverse rows. The coolant will be water with antifreeze. Control will be carried out through a separate heat distribution point. The main task of the system is to maintain the performance of the synthetic turf during the cold season. The foundation of the new Stroitel football field is supposed to be done this year, and all the main installation work will be carried out next year. Financing is planned from the municipal budget. Simultaneously with the football field at the Stroitel stadium, the reconstruction of running tracks will also take place - also using DLM technology. Basic elements: shock-absorbing substrate, rubber crumb, polyurethane filling. The result is a smooth, even and waterproof surface with all the necessary dynamic properties.
