What is the design outdoor temperature definition, calculation features and interesting facts

1.Indoor air temperature in rooms

Temperature
indoor air in the zone
finding a person should be such
so that it does not experience any overheating, nor
hypothermia. requirements for this
temperatures depend on climate
region of the country, from national traditions
and clothing, depending on the severity of the
labor and human metabolism. Estimated
outside air parameters are accepted
according to A values - the corresponding average
outside air parameter or according to
values B corresponding to the maximum
outside air parameters.

V
cold season optimal
air temperature is: for
light work 20-23°C, for medium work
severity 17-20
C, hard work 16-18°C; admissible
temperatures are respectively:
19-25 ° C, 15-23 ° C and 13-19 C. For warm
period of the year optimal temperatures
air for the specified categories
works are accepted 22-25°C, 21-23°C and
18-21°C.
Maximum
permissible air temperature in the working
zone is 28 ° С and only at the calculated
more outdoor temperature
+25°С, allowed up to 33°С.

Air parameters,
necessary for the maintenance of technological
processes are set by technologists.
However, these options should not exit
beyond the sanitary and hygienic
norms. Otherwise, technological
the process must be organized
to prevent people from being in these
zones. According to SNiP 41-01-2003 during the cold period
years in administrative and production
premises, if they are not used in
non-working hours, you can take
indoor air temperature is lower
normalized, but not lower than -15°C for
residential premises, -12°C for public
and administrative premises, and 5°С for
industrial premises.

Places of construction of buildings and structures

Parameters
outside air are installed according to
SNiP 23-01–99, taking into account the requirements of SNiP
23-02–2003.

3.1.1.
As design temperature
outside air during the cold season
year for all buildings, except for industrial
seasonal buildings, accepted
average temperature of the coldest
five-day period with a security of 0.92
column 5 of the table. 1 SNiP 23-01-99 or according to the application
1 of these guidelines for a specific
construction sites. Without
data for a specific item
outdoor temperature should
accept for the nearest population
paragraph, which is specified in SNiP 23-01-99.

3.1.2.
Humidity
regime of the construction area of the building,
necessary for the selection of heat engineering
indicators of outdoor materials
fences, should be taken by card
humidity of the territory of Russia, given
in appendix 2.

See Figure 2 for the classic version.

1. On the J-d diagram, from the supply air point - (•) P, we draw a line of constant moisture content d = const, until it intersects with the line of relative humidity φ = 90%. This is a stable version of the irrigation chamber.

We get the point (•) O, which characterizes the parameters of humidified and cooled air in the irrigation chamber.

2. We connect with a straight line the point with the parameters of the outdoor air - (•) H, with the point with the parameters of humidified and cooled air - (•) O. This straight line on the J-d diagram characterizes a polytropic process in which all parameters of the processed air change.

To obtain a polytropic process, water coming from the drinking water supply system is supplied to the nozzles of the irrigation chamber, where it is subjected to a finely dispersed spray.

Part of the moisture is carried away with the supply air, moistening and cooling it, and the remaining part of the moisture flows into the drainage pan of the irrigation chamber and is removed by the drainage pipeline system into the domestic fecal sewer.

Thus, the temperature of the water, which is used to humidify the supply air, always remains unchanged. This is a prerequisite for air humidification according to the polytropic process.

3. NO line - a polytropic process, which is the process of humidifying and cooling the supply air. The OP line characterizes the process of air heating in the heat exchanger of the 2nd heating.

4. Such processing of outdoor supply air is not ideal and has a number of disadvantages:

  • first, the air is humidified and cooled in the irrigation chamber during the warm period of the year - TP, and then heated in the heat exchanger of the 2nd heating;
  • the polytropic process requires a constant increase in water consumption, since the water that was not used to humidify the supply air is removed into the domestic fecal sewage system;
  • in the warm season - TP, in the heat supply system of the heater of the 2nd heating will be the heat carrier from the open hot water supply system - hot water supply, which is unstable in terms of its parameters - temperature difference and available pressure.

It is possible to heat humidified and cooled air in an electric heater, but this will entail a significant increase in energy costs.

Schematic diagram of the supply air treatment in the warm season - TP for the 1st option - the classic one, see Figure 3.
