The two-room apartment was originally in a terrible state: repairs were not carried out for about 30 years.
- The decoration on the walls is old paper wallpaper pasted on lime;
- The ceiling is whitewashed with lime. The floor is wooden, upholstered with hardboard and painted with paint;
- The heating pipes were metal, very old and ran around the entire perimeter of the apartment;
- The electrical wiring has been preserved since Soviet times and could not withstand the modern load.
The specialists decided to make a complete cleaning up the walls and ceilings, dismantling old coatings. They decided to strengthen the floor by stretching it with self-tapping screws, and also lay it on top plywood 10 mm thick.
A complete wiring replacement:
- replaced electricity meter;
- installed circuit breakers and RCD;
- divorced new wires VVG - NG - LS;
- built into modern walls socket boxes;
- installed sockets and light switches.
Replaced bathroom and kitchen water pipes and sewers. All communications are hidden in boxes and the necessary conclusions for plumbing and titanium are made. Built into the screed warm floor.
Interior doors in the apartment were replaced with modern veneered models. Two rooms were installed extras.
As a result, after the completion of the fine finish, the appearance of the apartment has completely changed:
- In the bathroom, the walls and floor were tiled, plumbing and titanium were installed;
- In the rooms, corridor and kitchen: they put on the floor linoleum, the walls were pasted over non-woven wallpaper and produced installation of stretch ceilings.
