Apartment renovation "turnkey" means the production of a full cycle of work: roughing, prefinishing and clean finish. It also includes a full cycle of engineering work. Actually, repairs made from scratch - from a concrete box to a finished living space.
In this apartment, work was carried out in several rooms at once:
bathroom
- plastered walls, erected partitions, pipes and electrical wiring were installed;
- decorative glass blocks were built into the partition, and preparations were made for decorative plaster;
- a leak protection system was installed, an installation for a wall-mounted toilet bowl was installed, the walls were tiled;
- during the final finishing in the bathroom, plumbing fixtures, a hanging cabinet with a sink, a mirror and a water heater were installed;
- Finishing the bathroom included applying decorative plaster and interior door installation.
Balconies
This apartment has two balconies. It was decided to separate them GVLom, produce full warming, mount wooden floors from plywood on lagam.
- first of all, they insulated the walls and ceilings and sewed them up with GVL sheets along the metal profile;
- then wooden logs were mounted for flooring;
- when the logs were fixed, the plywood was insulated and installed;
- fine finishing of balconies included preparation for painting and painting of walls and ceilings. Also installed underfloor heating film and PVC tiles.
Rooms
In the kitchen combined with the hall, in the corridor and in the bedroom, the following was done:
- wall plastering, their preparation for wallpaper, completed coupler floors, a finishing deviceself-leveling floor;
- room cleaning included: wallpaper for painting, in the hallway on the wall was applied the original fresco, was laid on the floor laminated parquet, mounted stretch ceiling. The kitchen was done tile apronand also installed drywall partition wall, trimmed decorative plaster.
