A major overhaul was carried out in a two-room apartment of an old building. The task was to complete the modern decoration of the apartment for one person.
The initial state of housing was deplorable: plaster cracked and fell off wiring out of order,wooden floors partly rotted and wobbly. The balcony had wooden glazing and adjoining doors to the kitchen and office.
The only place in the apartment that had a modern finish was the bathroom.
List of works performed in the apartment:
- The wooden floors were dismantled, instead of them a device was made screeds With waterproofing. Chosen as finishing laminated parquet in all rooms and on the balcony;
- From the walls removed the old plaster and re-plastered the walls by lighthouses gypsum mixtures. Completed the primer and wall putty for wallpaper, covered the walls vinyl wallpaper;
- Performed a complete electrical wiring replacement counter and machine guns;
- Hemmed the ceiling on the balcony GVLohm and painted, and mounted in other rooms stretch ceiling;
- Installed interior doors With extras.
